"Working with Elaine was pretty life-changing! She truly helped give me so much time back into my day which was so crucial as a working mom with an infant and a busy husband. Her communication was excellent and she was so accommodating with our diet restrictions as well as when I would forget to return my glass containers.
Every now and then we’d get awesome surprises like her amazing cheesecake, ricotta cookies, or even pho. Simply put she is the best and took such good care of us. Best of all, we had fresh, healthy, DELICIOUS foods ready to go for our busy lives. Since we moved out of state I have missed her cooking dearly!"

"My wife and I hired Chef Elaine to cater a housewarming party for over 50 people and she did a FANTASTIC job! She arrived on time and had everything up and running quickly. The carnitas she prepared was very tender and flavorful and the guacamole was some of the best I’ve had in all of Southern California.
Elaine was also very accommodating and attentive to various allergen/dietary restrictions which were one of the reasons why we hired her for the party. Other caterers I spoke with were not flexible with their menu/ingredients or they were four times the cost. I look forward to our next event so we experience Elaine’s delicious food and I definitely recommend her for any of your catering needs!"

"I had the pleasure of working with Chef Elaine Adamek and Olive It at a Rod Laver book signing event I put on at the Rancho Santa Fe Tennis Club. We had 150 guests and served finger foods and beverages. Elaine’s menu was wonderful and creative. She was able to appeal to all eating groups with very tasty and original appetizers.
Elaine was prompt, well-dressed, and organized as were her two staff members. Elaine’s presentation and description of her food were top notches and she was very flexible when we changed the time of service and duration. She had everything cleaned and packed up when she
left.
