Healthy Morning Breakfast

Hi everyone! I woke up this morning feeling super hungry. Hence being pregnant :) I checked the fridge and there wasn’t much to eat and I was kinda tired of making scramble eggs for breakfast. But I saw the carton of soy milk and I immediately thought of the Multi-Grain Cheerios we bought a couple weeks from Costco! AH HA! There I have it my healthy yet full filling breakfast in front of me. I also found some loose granolas and added in some chia seeds to my bowl of cereal. Sometimes our lives get so caught up in our day to day grind and we forget what we have at home to eat. So we go and spend money on food (not realizing there is food at home). This is me speaking from my personal experience and I am sure some of you guys out there may relate. That’s ok from time to time, but don’t make it habit otherwise you will be spending money on groceries and eating out. Aside from this talk, the bowl of cereal is packed with healthy nutritious values. I would highly recommend this 2 – 3 times a week to keep a healthy balance diet.



1 ½ c of Multi-Grain Cheerios
¼ c of loose granola
1 tbsp of chia seeds
1 ½ c of soymilk
fruits optional



Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and serve.
